Iridescent is a personal project of mine that I first played with back in 2022, inspired by a Aputure NOVA 300 and some very overpriced flowers from “The Grounds of Alexandria” I used these two elements to shoot something… different. These are some of the test clips below of what I achieved:
I played around with these clips a bit but never actually finished the edit due to work at the time I had to shelf the project. Skip forward to May 2025 I revisited the project and decided I wanted to finally put this clip together.
Using a lazy susan, coloured ink/oil videos on YT for texture and the same Flowers I bought years ago
Inspired by the cover art on @flume Album "Skin" I wanted to Make something colourful and crazy.
This is my 2nd attempt to capture these flowers and I think finally cracked the style and athletic I wanted to present them.
Sometimes you can't really put into words what you want and have to just experiment a bit.
